I think any body will strive to be a person with value is going to a successful spontaneously. Moreover, people have to work to be valuable because they will help their community instead of being selfish by strive to be successful.

I agree this point. We can't do everything success. We just can make everythings best. We just can do everything this time better than last time. But if we failure. We can lessons from the process, if we leam failure, this time is have value.
We do everything isn't want to success.We just want to do well and get harvest.We get more experience.After we can do it well.I think no pain no gain.So this is my opinion.
This is a great quote!! A person can have great success, but without value, that person is not complete. But a person can have value and be complete without "success". Having a successful job and a lot of money means nothing if you don't have anyone to share it with.
